1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

Due to the handcrafted and artistic nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Handcrafted items with natural variations
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact Us page with:

  • Order ID
  • Product images/videos clearly showing the issue
  • Reason for return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Customized or handcrafted orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Opulent Fuels Services Private Limited shall not be responsible for damages caused due to misuse, improper care, or external factors after delivery.
